Foreign Affairs Magazine, "Can America Be Fixed?" He devotes the entire piece to a suffocating litany of our problems - from 5th to 25th in global infrastructure in a decade - without one mention of possible solutions. If we are to straighten ourselves out as a society, and that remains an open question, it's time to move beyond the diagnostics and deliver some substantive, tough-minded answers.
