Tony Blair and the 10 Downing Street staff made very smart use of YouTube earlier this week with a video congratulations to Nicolas Sarkozy done by Blair in French. It was a nice touch and accomplished in a manner that is contemporary, effective and efficient. At this writing, the video has over 30,000 hits.
