The situation in Tunisia is deeply disturbing. Here's arguably the only "Arab Spring" country that might have achieved a peaceful transition to long-term democracy. Belaid's assassination and the reactionary response of the Ennahda Party risks ending these hopes and sets a perilous example for the region.
